What this website collects, what it does not, and how to reach us about it.
Red, White, and Clix is a veteran-founded nonprofit running tabletop gaming events. We decide what information this website collects and why, which makes us the data controller for it.

Nothing, unless you accept the cookie banner. Until you answer it, this site runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. If you accept, Google Analytics records which pages you looked at, so we can tell whether our work is bringing people to the event. If you decline, none of it loads and reading a page here still tells no third party that you visited.
Visitor analytics went live on 27 September 2026. It is Google Analytics 4, and it stays switched off until you accept the cookie banner. Our store at shop.redwhiteandclix.org reports to the same Analytics account, behind its own cookie banner. Advertising and cross-device features are off: we have disabled Google Signals and advertising personalisation, your IP address is anonymised before Google stores it, we do not use a User-ID, and the property is not linked to Google Ads. You can change your mind whenever you like using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
There is no contact form on this site. The only ways to reach us are the email address and phone number above, and both come straight to us.
If we add a form later it will collect only what you type — your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message — and it will be sent to a customer relationship tool that our web agency administers on our behalf. We will describe that here before the form appears, and using it will never sign you up to a mailing list.
Our host, Railway, keeps standard web server logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser — for a short period. These exist to keep the site up and to spot abuse. They are not used to analyse visitors and are not combined with anything else. We do not use them for marketing.
Full detail is on our Cookie Policy. In short: this site sets no cookies unless you accept them, the only cookies it ever sets are Google Analytics ones, and you can change your mind at any time.
We do not embed anything from other companies. Everything you see on a page — fonts, images, styles, scripts — is served from our own domain. But several things we do happen on someone else’s website, and once you arrive there you are under their privacy policy, not ours:

We have no control over and no visibility of what those sites collect. We are not paid by any of them for sending you there.

You can also refuse or withdraw analytics consent at any time using the cookie banner or by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.
If you are in the UK, EU or a US state with its own privacy law, you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to complain to your regulator. We will honour those requests regardless of where you live, because drawing a line by geography would be a strange way to treat people who support veterans.
We take photographs at our events and some of them appear on this site. They show real people at a real gathering, which is the point of them — but nobody should have to argue to get their own face off a website.
If you are in a picture here and would rather not be, email redwhiteandclix@gmail.com and tell us roughly where you are in it. We will take it down or crop you out. We will not ask you why, and we will not ask you to prove it is you.
The one figure on our home page that is not a photograph is digitally created and depicts nobody. Our Website Disclaimer says which image that is.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it. Young people are welcome at our events with a parent or guardian; that is arranged in person, not through this website.
The site is served over HTTPS. We hold no database of visitor or enquiry information, because the site collects none — email and phone go straight to our own inbox. We are a small organisation and we will not pretend to guarantee perfect security, but not keeping information we do not need is the most reliable protection there is.
If we start collecting something new, add a service, or change who we share with, we will update this page and change the date at the top before that happens, not after. That is how this page came to be rewritten: analytics and the contact form were decided on, so the policy changed first.
