Registration and payment are not completed on this website. Any form here is a request to hold a place, not a confirmed entry, and is not a contract until we confirm it with you.
Donations are voluntary and, unless we state otherwise in writing, non-refundable. Card details are never collected on this site; payment is processed by a separate provider under its own terms. We do not make any representation on this site about the tax treatment of a donation. Ask us and we will tell you what we can substantiate.
The words, photographs, artwork and design on this site belong to Red, White, and Clix unless stated otherwise, and may not be reused commercially without permission. One image on this site — the figure on our home page — is digitally created rather than photographed. It is identified on our Website Disclaimer. Everything else that looks like a photograph of our events is a real photograph.
Game names, systems and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Red, White, and Clix is an independent community organizer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or rights holder.
We link to government services, veterans organizations and other third parties because we think they are useful. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
